Let the redeemed of the Lord say so. The Word of God says in Psalm 107. Have you been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb? Have you been set free? If you haven't, you can sit and mock all you want. But when you get that grip on your heart, that grip on your soul, you need to know where to go. And the place to go is Jesus. The one to call on, Jesus. The name above all names, Jesus. Let me tell you somethin'. I'm not boasting in myself, but I will stand toe to toe with any of you out there into satanism. Or any of you that think you're the voodoo, who do, what this, what that. I'll tell you, I know the Most High God. And I've been redeemed. And the Word of God says, Let the redeemed of the Lord say so.

You say, 'What are you talkin' about? You're coming on pretty strong.' You're right, I come on strong. 'Cause we're doing battle right now for hearts and minds, for young people. So that you will have the power to overcome in this life, and the one to come. His name is Jesus. And He will help you to overcome. The Bible says, The kingdom of heaven suffers violence. What is that violence? Well, there is a fallen angel. His name was Lucifer. He's now known as Satan. He comes to kill, steal, and destroy. He's out for you; he's out for everything you've got. He wants to take you to hell with him. But I want you to know, that even though, The kingdom of God suffers violence. The violent take it by force. You say, 'Who are the violent?' There are grandmas that are violent. Maybe, some of you young people out there, you've been saying, 'Ah, I love my grandma. But she's just, you know, she's just praying in that back room, in that closet. She keeps coming to me. I love my grandma. I gotta try to be cool around my grandma. But she don't know what's happenin'. I'm out there doing this, and doing that.' You know what? Your grandma's probably been turning away demonic strongholds and powers that have been clutching at you. Trying to carry you out and take you out, right now, while you're in your rebellion against God. Well, you need to rebel against the devil. You need to rebel against the things of the devil: against drunkenness, lasciviousness. You say, 'Oh, but I just want to have fun.' Yeah? What if your fun turns you into a road pizza out there, too? Which can happen. You know? I get out there on the road all the time. I hear about accidents here; and accidents there. Well, let me tell you. It might have been an accident in the world, but the devil meant it for death and destruction, and for it to come to the entire earth. The only thing holding that back is the power of Jesus Christ.

And I can tell you somethin' else. I've had friends that have died. I've had friends that have died on drugs. I had a drummer who was murdered. Gary Driscoll was murdered. I loved him. I had a friend, Felix, who produced Eric Clapton and Aerosmith, I guess, all kinds of stuff. But you know what happened to Felix? He got shot; and he got murdered. He was my producer and my friend. I've lost friends. But I can tell you somethin'. The ones who have given their hearts to the Lord, we're goin' to be reunited someday. And there's another thing. There's goin' to be a lot of people very, very surprised who makes it, so-called makes it, if you want to put it that way. And who doesn't. Because we're not goin' in on our own gifts. We're not goin' in by our own tongue, other than confessing Jesus as Lord. We're not goin' to talk our way into heaven. The only talk you're goin' to talk to help you walk into everlasting power and peace and into heaven is goin' to be to talk the talk that says, 'Jesus is my Lord and Savior.'

There are three things happenin', right now, that are eternal. I don't know what's goin on, this is goin' world wide. But let me tell you somethin'. There's a God who knows. He knows every word you will ever speak. And everything that you have already done. And yet, He loved you so much, that while you were yet a sinner, He died for you. And His name is Jesus. The Word of God says in Psalm 91, He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High, shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Do you want to be under the shadow of the Almighty? I will say to the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress. If you're in trouble right now; or maybe you want to make an affirmation of you're faith. You want to say, 'God, You are my strength and my refuge. You are my fortress.' Say it. 'God, You are my refuge and my fortress. My God, in You will I trust. Surely He shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler. From the devil. You say, 'Well, I don't know about believing in the devil.' Well, that's alright. The devil knows where he is; and he knows what he's doin'. God allowed me to have a pretty serious encounter with a demonic spirit. I was casting an evil spirit out of a 'so-called' high priestess of an organization known as the Grand Masters Of The Brotherhood, which is an international satanic group. You say, 'Well, I don't believe in all that stuff.' Well, if you don't believe in that stuff, I pray now, and believe by the power of God, that you won't run into one. Because you better know what to do if you run into some super natural power like that. There's a name above all names, and His name is Jesus. As I took authority over the spirit that was upon this young lady, a demon voice spoke to me. Referring to itself as Lucifer, and said, 'I know my time is short. And I'm going into the fire, but I'm going to take as many souls with me to hell, as many with me to hell, as I can.' And that was a word that I will never forget. And God allowed me to hear that as we were casting that spirit out of that young lady. You say, 'Well, I think you're crazy. I think you guys did too many drugs.' 'Well, I might be a nut, but I'm screwed to the right bolt, now! And His name is Jesus.'

And what about you? Some of you guys out there are running around. And you're saying, 'Well, these guys, rock'n'rollers, they did drugs; they did this; they did that.' That garbage's goin' on in Wall Street now. You've got the richest of the rich snorting cocaine. I know a guy right now, and I can qualify this absolutely. I'm not going to name him, but I know a guy that makes 2.2 billion dollars a year. He has come out on the road with me off and on; and hung around with me. And right now, he's been backsliding. It's unbelievable what happens. And this guy has had all this kind of money. And he gave his heart to the Lord. But he's been, he's been going back into the world. All that money, all that power, all that stuff. And he's been having so many problems. And yet about every six weeks, I hear from this guy, saying, 'Will you please pray for me?' And yeah, I will pray for him. You know why I'll pray for him? Because I love him. I really do love him. But you know what? I've never taken a dime from that guy. He asked me if he could support stuff for us to do 'rock' and do other things. I wouldn't do it. He needs to get his life straight. And then worry about all the other stuff.

God is the one I'm concerned about. God is the one we're trying to please. What about you? Who are you trying to please? God is my refuge. God is my shelter. And He will deliver me from the noisome pestilence. From the devil - bip, bip, bip, bip - all the time; coming after us, coming after us. Surely He shall cover thee with His feathers. And under His wings shall thou trust. His truth shall be thy shield and thy buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night. Have you been afraid of the terror by night? The Word of God says, You will not be afraid for the terror by night. Some of you've been scared at night; been scared to go to sleep. Some of you, the minute the sun goes down, you run for a beer. You say, 'I'm just doing it to relax.' No. You're doing it 'cause you're scared. You're doing it 'cause you're scared to face reality. You're afraid to sit down and recognize the fact that you're naked. And that you're screwed up. Plain English. You need to get right with God. You say, 'Man, you're hitting on me pretty heavy.' Yeah. And there must be a reason for it, because if you watch the program [Highway To Heaven], I don't always get in the face like this.

I had some rock'n'roller call me from a rock group, that's out there touring. Called me just awhile back. And said, 'Ya know, I need to know Jesus.' And stuff. Then he went into drug rehab for awhile. Then he called me. And he said, 'Don't talk to me about Jesus. I want to be friends. Let's go out and have dinner. But, you're too heavy, man. You're talking about Jesus and everything. And, man, you know, I'm off the heroin now. And I want to be your friend, because you're like, you know, rock'n'roll.' And this stuff, too, from my background, or whatever. 'But,' he said, 'I don't want to hear that. So, let's just be friends. And let's have dinner.' I said, 'No.' He said, 'Man, you're coming on too strong.' I said, 'You're comin' on too strong, man.' He said, 'What're you talkin' about?' I said, 'You're tellin' me what I can say, and what I can't say. If I see someone dying in the desert, but they're under a delusion because they've been without water for so long. And I try to give 'em water, but they say, 'No.' But I know they're goin' to die without that water. I'm goin' to do everything I can to give them water, and to save their life.' And I told him, 'Dinner, Dude, I pass. I will not have dinner with you. 'Cause you're not puttin' constraints on me. I'll talk about what I want to talk about, when I want to talk about it.' And I came on a little, a little, rough. I will admit. And he did, too. We hung up. And I thought, 'Well, That's it.' He said, 'I just want to be your friend.' I said, 'Dude,' I got a little heavy, 'I'm a loner. I don't want to just be friends. I want to be brothers in Christ.' Well later, he came back. And called, and said, 'I'm sorry I talked to you as rough as I did. Are you sorry you talked to me the way you did?' I said, 'No.' :)

You know what? God's dealing in his life. God's dealing in your life. You might think you're somebody important. Well, God is no respecter of persons. He loves you so much, that He gave His life and died for you. You need to give your heart to Jesus. Pray this prayer.

Say, Lord Jesus, I give you my life. I give you my heart . Wash me clean. Wash away all my sins and heal me, Lord. I turn away from darkness. I turn away from the angel of death, the things of satan. And I walk into the shadow of God Almighty. And I give you my total life. I'm saved. My name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life. And Lord Jesus, You're going to carry me through this. In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen.

You know what? I got a little heavy, didn't I? :) That's fun, you know, it's fun to get out here, doin' what we do in our heart. It's fun to stand up and see people saved and delivered and washed in the blood. You know, I used to think fun was getting high, or getting crazy, or doing this, or doing that. You know what? Fun is the wrong word. Awesome is what it is, man. When you know that you're doing somethin' right now, that you're goin' to get letters from the richest of the rich to the poorest of the poor; and mostly from people in between. That are saying, 'I gave my heart to the Lord. I've gotten straight.' Or somebody who maybe is already saved, and said, 'I've come back.' Or maybe people who are serving the Lord all the way, saying, 'I'm glad you're there. I'm glad you're in, I'm in.' We get letters from all over. Awesome. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so.
